Are there any discounts if I book more than one of your shows for an event (corporate party or wedding)?
You can book our shows separately or in different combinations: 1) LAFESTA band + laser harp show; 2) band + 3D dress show; 3) band + laser harp + 3D dress. In addition to saving money on a technical rider (it is almost the same for all shows) and on a hospitality rider (all shows have the same team, which reduces the cost of travel, food, and accommodation), you will also get a 15% discount if you order 2 or more shows. If you book performances for several events or organise a tour (e.g. concerts in nightclubs, opera houses, shopping centres or company presentations in several cities), the cost may decrease depending on the number of concerts.

What is the price of the LAFESTA & Shows performance at weddings, parties or corporate events?
3 factors influence the cost: 1) the venue of the event (country and city); 2) the date of the performance (holidays or New Year's Eve); 3) the format and duration of the performance. As we currently live in Zurich, the cost of performing at events in Switzerland is cheaper than in other countries. This is due to the time it takes to travel, rehearse and perform. For example, it takes one day to organise a performance in Switzerland, 1.5 to 2 days (including travel) in other European cities, and 2 to 3 days in the Gulf States or the Maldives. Since a concert takes 2-3 times more time, the cost of the performance also increases (not proportionally, but by 50-80%).

How does LAFESTA perform at corporate events and wedding celebrations?
Depending on your choice, LAFESTA can perform at special events in different musical formats: 1) "Cocktail Music" with a soft and gentle sound (like hotel lobby music or a more driving music format where guests can talk & shake a leg with a glass of wine); 2) Dance & Club Music Program; 3) Unique author's program "Electro & Lounge Opera", which harmoniously combines opera singing with electronic and lounge music; 4) Stylish Ukrainian Folk: author's remixes of authentic and ethnic songs. All these programmes can be ordered separately or mixed, depending on the style of your event/wedding. (Booking musicians for a corporate party or wedding).

What is the cost of the artist`s logistics?
For the laser harp show and the 3D dress show only 2 people (singer and DJ/sound engineer) are required. If the band LAFESTA is booked, there will be an additional 1-2 people (female and/or saxophonist). Therefore the transfer costs are not expensive: departure up to 500 km. from Zurich can be done by own car (petrol paid) or by train. If the concert is in another country, we need air tickets (economy class).

Where can I find the rider of LAFESTA and other shows?
Our projects have a simple rider because we always bring some of our equipment to the concerts (mixing console, microphones, DJ equipment, controller, instruments). In addition, our DJ is a sound engineer, so we can do all the sound settings ourselves. You can find the riders of our projects in the links: LAFESTA band; laser harp show; 3D dress show. Is it possible to coordinate the song list and repertoire with the artists? Does the programme change according to the mood of the guests or the style of the party?
If necessary, the LAFESTA music band can provide its playlist (list of songs) to clients and event coordinators on request. It is possible to choose songs suitable for parties, meetings and banquets, and banquets from this list. With extensive experience of performing at weddings, corporate parties and special events, LAFESTA can adapt the performance programme to suit the mood of the guests. What is the timing of the band, laser harp show and 3D dress performances?
The performance of LAFESTA can be divided into different sets, depending on the format and scenario of your event. It can be performed as separate parts of 30, 45, 60 minutes or as a combination of 2-3 sets of different length. But the shows have a limit: laser harp (8 minutes + interactive for guests 7-10 minutes), 3D dress (8 minutes). As the shows are designed to give the audience a WOW effect, there is no need to drag them out.

What is the LAFESTA line-up for corporate parties and weddings? Is it possible to book additional musicians?
The main line-up of LAFESTA is 3-4 people, which is convenient for a small stage/location: 1) singer; 2) DJ playing electronic percussion; 3) female flautist also playing electric flute; 4) female saxophonist or accordionist. It is possible to perform in the format of instrumental music (without the singer): DJ + flautist/saxophonist/accordionist) or add professional modern dancers. It is also possible to book the LAFESTA band accompanied by the Lounge Orchestra (9-15 musicians) or just the performance of our orchestra at the event.

What are the conditions for booking the orchestra for a corporate party or wedding?
The optimum orchestra for events consists of 9-12 musicians (cello, viola, 4 violins, vibraphone, flute, bassoon, horn, clarinet, trombone, oboe). The orchestra can perform as an accompaniment to the LAFESTA band (45 min.) or separately (60-90 min.). The performance format can be combined. For example, the orchestra can play acoustically and then perform together with LAFESTA during the welcoming part of the event or during the buffet. If the venue is small, the orchestra can perform standing up, or be placed to the side of the stage for compact placement. Live music accompanied by a stylish orchestra can enhance the sound of a presentation, cocktail party or awards ceremony. It can also create an exciting and spectacular image of the stage. How can I book an artist to perform at an event, a party or a private meeting?
As a rule, the date of a performance at an event (birthday party, special event, party, meeting, banquet) is fixed by paying 50% of the artist's fee in advance. If the artist is available for the desired date, you can order a performance even one day before the desired date. However, the earlier you pay the less likely it is that LAFESTA will be booked for other events. Before the advance payment, we will draw up a contract for the performance of the artist at the event/wedding, which will include all the basic information: the time of arrival at the venue, the time of the sound check, the dress code, the technical rider and the programme of the performance.

Is it possible to book LAFESTA for a wedding? Are the conditions for a wedding different from those for other events?
The repertoire, the price and all the organisational aspects are the same for a wedding as for any other event. LAFESTA has several different music programmes that can create a soft and unforgettable atmosphere for the musical accompaniment of a wedding (civil ceremony, reception, banquet, first dance of the newlyweds and a dance break for all the guests). Is LAFESTA a cover band or do they only play the original music?
Speaking of performances at events, corporate parties and nightclubs, we have a large programme of author remixes of world hits. In "Dance & club" music programmes the percentage of remixes of popular songs reaches 95%; in cocktail music it is 50%. But LAFESTA is not only a cover band, as this term implies that the band has no original songs. While we have the video clips made in London, Barcelona, Valencia and the unique author concert programme Electronic & Lounge Opera with the symphony orchestra, this fact could mean that LAFESTA is not only a cover band, but 2 in 1.

Live music or a DJ?
Every event planner and wedding organiser faces a dilemma: whether to book live music or just a DJ. And the main argument in favour of booking artists is the reaction of your guests. When they see a wonderful band or show on stage, every guest realises, against their will, that the party has already started. The live performance of the artists takes the party programme to a whole new level.
